Sometimes we have “off” days — days when our thoughts feel messy, our bodies feel tired, or our hearts feel heavy. In God’s Light in Me, a young girl named Bella learns how God’s light shines through every part of her: mind, body, soul, and relationships. Rooted in Scripture and whole-person health, this gentle, faith-based story helps children understand that they are wonderfully made and never alone — even on hard days.

Bella sat at the table with a puzzle and a Bible verse to memorize.
She took a deep breath.
“Think clearly,” she whispered. She remembered what Grandma said:
‘Whatever is true, whatever is right…
think about these things.’
(Philippians 4:8)
Her thoughts felt calm and strong—like sunshine clearing the clouds.

With over a decade of study in biopsychosocial psychology and biblical spiritual development, she bridges biblical wisdom with psychological insight to help families, children, and individuals understand how the mind, body, soul, and relationships work together in God’s design for good health.
Through Selah Psychology and beyond, Cashmeira has helped countless women find clarity in their personal lives, confidence in their professional paths, and renewed strength in their faith. Whether supporting emotional healing, business growth, or daily balance, she equips women to thrive—body, mind, soul, and spirit.
At the heart of it all is her belief: when we pause and reflect on who God made us to be, we begin to live with wholeness, purpose, and peace.
